2. LEARNING OUTCOMES

Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this course is:
• to analyze the policy measures applied in the agricultural sector and the effects of their implementation on the well-being of various social groups.
• to present he EU institutions and their operation mode during the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
• to describe the policy measures for the main agricultural products of the country in the framework of the current CAP.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
1. Know the technical, structural and economic characteristics of agriculture which influence the formulation and implementation of agricultural policy.
2. Understand and analyze the basic problems of the agricultural sector that justify government intervention in agriculture
3. Understand and apply the theoretical tools of the various agricultural policy measures.
4. Know the EU-applied Common Agricultural Policy.
5. Conduct bibliographic research on a specific topic and orientation.

• The applied policy for specific agricultural products.
